This technique requires no external heat and allows the ingredients to naturally combine and solidify over several weeks. We "super fat" our soap, meaning there are residual free-floating oils in the soap after saponification. This extra oil acts as a conditioning agent, providing added moisture to leave your skin feeling softer and more nourished.

Cold process soap is considered better because we stay away from preservatives, toxic ingredients, and harmful additives that cause dry, flaky, and itchy skin.
